UNCONVENTIONAL LOVE
THIS BOOK IS DEDICATED TO
My Dad, Denis.
Our family just won’t be the same again.
You left us suddenly, leaving a trail of good memories behind you.
We will all miss you.
I will miss you…, always.
A NOTE TO THE READER:
I truly believe that all readers should go into this story blind to gain the full impact of the journey.
The character in this story some would consider as a coming of age story, Charlie’s journey also leads onto adult life, therefore it also contains sexual content. This book should only be read by a reader over the age of eighteen and one who has an open mind.
I do hope you enjoy Charlie’s journey. Although Charlie’s childhood was not an easy one, it did eventually lead to unconventional love.
This story does not have abuse or sexual abusive, Unconventional love is a persons journey to finding themselves and love.
So, with that said, enjoy the journey.
BLURB:
When you're young, there is always that one kid who doesn’t fit in: too fat, too poor, too quiet, too annoying… the list goes on and on.
The thing is, that had been me. I’d been that kid.
If life were a jigsaw puzzle, I didn’t fit.
I’d sat in that box, a piece with angles that couldn’t match the others.
Cocooned in the wrong life, I’d been like a butterfly waiting to emerge, waiting to take flight.
At eighteen, I launched myself from the precipice of despair.
Hope soared as my wings unfolded.
I became free.
My future of self-discovery began.
Finally, the time had arrived to find the right box for me to fit in.
Where I am today and who I am I could never have imagined.
This is the story of how I’ve found an unconventional love, one I choose for eternity.
Authors note:
I truly believe that all readers should go into this story blind to gain the full impact of the journey. Unconventional Love should only be read by a reader over the age of 18 and one who has an open mind.
