A nice, normal life. Is that too much to ask? For Riley Thorn it is. Divorced. Broke. Living with a pack of elderly roommates. And those hallucinations she’s diligently ignoring? Her tarot card-dealing mom is convinced they’re clairvoyant visions.
Just when things can’t get worse, a so-hot-it-should-be-illegal private investigator shows up on her doorstep looking for a neighbor…who turns up murdered.
Nick Santiago doesn’t play well with others. Unless the “others” are of the female persuasion. Wink. He’s a rebel, a black sheep, a man who prefers a buffet of options to being stuck with the same entrée every night, if you catch his drift.
When the pretty, possibly psychic Riley lands at the top of the list of suspects, Nick volunteers to find out whodunit.
Only because he likes solving mysteries not because he wants to flex his heroic muscles for the damsel in distress.
All they have to do is figure out who pulled the trigger, keep the by-the-book detective with a grudge at bay, and deal with a stranger claiming he was sent to help Riley hone her psychic gifts. All before the killer discovers she’s a loose end that requires snipping.
What a refreshing read.
I laughed so much.
Riley is a psychic who is in denial about her gift. She has a vision about her neighbour being shot so when it comes to fruition she can't ignore the gift anymore especially when she gets involved in trying to solve the murder.
There is so much going on in this book, so much to keep you hooked and on your toes. Riley's mother, sister and all the women in her family are also psychics, basically, her whole family including her dad with his pet cow are all barmy. She has crazy geriatric neighbours and not forgetting the handsome private investigator Nick and his colleagues who also come along to add even more laughter and goodness to the plot.
So good. I cannot wait to read more of these books. Also brilliant in audio
Once she would have given everything up for him. Now all she can do is protect him from the truth.
For Lyra finding Jack Cross was a dream come true.

Now though the secrets of their past lie between them like a briar of thorny roses on a sharp descent into hell.
Hell is what life is. It’s filled with grief, destruction and living without Jack.
Jack Cross risked it all for the truth and lost.

Following Lyra home brings all of the many horrors Jack’s tried to forget back to the surface. He has to face his past and the regrets of things never said. More than that he has to face Lyra and push her for the secret that defines them, even if it destroys all of their childhood innocence once and for all.
Can Lyra protect them both or will the truth end everything they’ve ever known?
4.5 STAR RATING
I was eagerly waiting for the conclusion of Jack and Lyras's story, what a cliffhanger the first book left us with but I was not disappointed.
There is so much going on in the second book, one drama after another with no dull moments. I love it!
The only disappointment I had was the epilogue jumped to five years later where I then discovered that despite Lyra and Jack being in love with each other forever, their story is a childhood to adult romance, that they still hadn't tied the knot and everything was wrapped up in the epilogue despite this. So I didn't get the happy sigh I usually get when I finish a book. I was left wondering what happed next in their hea :-(
In summary, this is a brilliant and captivating childhood to adult romance that will keep you hooked the whole way through.
Chris "Shooter" Sullivan has returned to his home town of Rapid City, South Dakota to pick up the pieces of his life shattered by a roadside bomb in Iraq. He only wants to focus on holding what's left of his old unit together, running his garage where he builds custom bikes and cars, and pretending that his murdered father's motorcycle gang doesn't exist.
Hayley Turner is a young woman with her own traumatic past. Fresh off the bus from Nowhere, USA, all she wants is a job and a place to live, until it's time for her to leave again. She doesn't want to make friends, or enemies, least of all the ex-Army Ranger who obviously doesn't like her. She bristles under his watchful eye. He's even got her convinced she's bad news.
But circumstances force two people who don't need anyone to need each other more and more.
The more Chris gets to know Hayley, the harder it is to stay detached. And the more Hayley gets to know Chris, the more she realizes she's been alone for so long she might never recover from it
This was a good find.
At first, I thought it was an MC read which is why I decided to read It, but it isn't.
Chris is ex-army and although He rides a Harley, calls his friends brothers, they are all ex-forces and they all served together, they all now at a local repair garage that Chris owns.
Hayley, aka, slick as Chris names her has been on the run for years, she moves around every 6 months in fear her perpetrator will find her.
Hayley ends up renting Chis' s house which is next door to his own.
Although Hayley seemed as meek as a mouse at first, once she and Chris became friends and she started cooking for all the guys on poker nights, Hayley came out of her shell and she blossomed.
Hayley could be quite sassy, especially in response to Chris's bossy alpha tendencies.
In summary, I liked it. I listened in audio and glad I did, I struggle reading the third person, however, I still think this would have been better in the first person. It was also in dual pov which was good.
In summary, I was entertained and enjoyed it. The plot contains talk of sexual abuse/rape in Hayley's past but does not go into gritty details.
This author would be brilliant at a romcom, Hayley really made me laugh at times with her wit and sass, so the balance with serious and light-hearted moments was also good.
Hayley and Chris's story leads to hea.
If you add two strangers to a cabin in the middle of a snowstorm, the obvious is bound to happen . . .
When Essex lifestyle blogger and fashionista, Gracie Elliott crash lands into the life of Colorado mountain man Koa Carmichael in the middle of a snow storm, fists, chemistry and sexual banter ensue.
After the punk rock Tinker Bell and semi-retired country rock star share some sweet, emotional as well as laugh-out-loud moments, they find it impossible to deny that they might have discovered exactly what neither of them knew they were looking for.
Just what I needed.
A Cowboy in Essex is a light, funny read with no heavy dramas. If you are familiar with cockney rhyming slang, you will find parts of it hilarious as most of the time Koa who is American hasn't a scooby what she's going on about.
Gracie has just ended her relationship with her long-time boyfriend when she got fed up with him putting his career before her and their relationship. Gracie was in need of a well-earned break so when the relationship ends she does what any strong independent woman would do and she goes on her six-month long vacation to Montana alone. When she reaches the cabin at night she then gets tackled to the ground by the owner who thinks she's breaking in.
In summary. I laughed, swooned, and enjoyed it from beginning to end.
Told in first person dual pov and leads to a hea.

BOOMER BY K.L SAVAGE
I left my life behind me.
I need room to breathe and room to think, to make my own choices and to own my mistakes.
Bitterness and anger cloud my judgment when it comes to the MC. What is so great about them that I can't have on the outside? What is so great about the patch?
That is all I've experienced with the club.
I hated to leave my sister. She's the only reason I stayed as long as I did.
But it's time for something new.
And yet, I find myself searching for trouble, wanting—needing to be someone's savior.I have the best poker face, but when I lay down my winning hand and they shove a girl at me, bound and scared, for my prize, I know I've landed in the middle of something bigger than me.The girl? Scarlett Rose.
My reason for being.
I just have to prove it to her.
She needs protection, and I'll die before they hurt her again.

I liked it. Boomer is a dark, gritty read and everything I enjoy in an MC romance.
I read Reapers Rise a novella and I liked the dynamics of the club but I wasn't all that interested in where Reapers story was going to go, not being a fan of the huge age gap romance I skipped the rest of Reapers story and didn't read the next book. I was however interested in Boomers story.
The young boy who was taken in by the club following the death of his father, the boy with an urge to blow things up and set things on fire.
Boomers story takes you on the journey of how he leaves the club to find himself and in that process then finds and rescues the imprisoned girls and in addition finds love along the way. It's dynamite.
He falls hard, fast and Boom.
The plot contains sex trafficking, sexual abuse but does not go into detail, just enough to give you an idea of what the girls have been through and how Boomer discovers the rogue Ruthless MC chapter who have destroyed all moral boundaries and what their club stands for.
An enjoyable and exciting read. I'm looking forward to reading the next book in this series
Can what happens in Vegas stay in Vegas?
Taking a well-earned break with her best friend, Sam Walker would never have expected to be faced with her brother, or his teammates enjoying a pre-season stag party.
Sam knows the single footballer mentality and didn’t expect to be drawn to the charismatic one and only Jackson Taylor.
One night. That’s all he wanted. But after just one night with Sam, he knew once would never be enough!
Tempers and fists fly when a misunderstanding occurs that causes friendships to be tested and hearts to be broken.
Can Jackson convince Sam that his days as a well- known ‘player’ are behind him?
A brothers best friend and playboy romance.
Jackson is cocky, charming, he's also a player on and off the field.
When Jackson sets his sites on his friend and team mates sister Sam there's instant attraction and chemistry.
Sam is aware of Jackson's reputation and with the additional warnings from her brother she tries to stay clear of Jackson. But what happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas, right?..
Jackson has to up his game and wants to prove to Sam that he wants her and only her now.
I love these kind of reads, where the playboy becomes a swoon worthy contestant as he wins over the woman he loves.
Brilliant characters and story.

4.5 intoxicating stars
I knew going in that this was a love triangle, that's why I read it, I love the drama and the angst with these kinds of reads. Intoxication however threw me at every turn.
Sianna, you could say she's a young woman down on her luck, her parents are dead, she has an ogre of an Aunt, she loses her job because she won't sleep with the boss, then she finds herself homeless. I immediately felt sorry for her.
Out of the blue, and by chance, she ends up with an offer she can't refuse when she meets an older man, a stranger, with whom she has immediate attraction and chemistry. The guy, knowing her predicament and knowing she won't just take money from him, offers Sianna one night with him for enough money to get her on her feet.
After days of debating the offer, she accepts.
I've read a few books like this so this isn't anything new, although I have to say their night is frickin hot!!
A night of passion, filled with desire and lust but there's an undeniable connection, chemistry, and something more.
Sianna is woken the next morning by a text on his phone and reads the message. OH, OH, It's from his wife. She leaves while he sleeps and doesn't look back despite feeling heartbroken, she also leaves without the money.
Now like I said, I knew this was a love triangle but when I discovered this older guy was in a loveless arranged marriage I thought this isn't so bad, this isn't that much of a love triangle. BUT oh boy was I wrong, this was just the ripple that leads to a tidal wave of unexpected emotional dilemmas later on in the story.
After her night with the stranger, the plot jumps to eighteen months later when Sianna is on her feet and in a job she loves. Yay, the girl sorted herself out all on her own.
She seems more brazen, more confident, and gone is the blushing young woman especially when she meets the next guy in the story.
Her change in character had me a little confused. What happened to the shy young women who had never been with a man in the previous chapters? What happened in that eighteen months for her to grow balls? despite my dismay, I went with it. There are a few other things in the story that threw me, I would have liked more info on her cousin and who were the other guys she shared a house with? Chunks were missing, chunks of her puzzle weren't painting the picture and while I'm pondering about that, what happened to the Aunt? and why the heck did she take a vibrator with her when she was childminding, who does that?.
Anyway, I digress and I tried not to dwell on these questions that had started to swirl in my head and so I read on.
I don't want to give too much of the plot away, but I will tell you I was hooked. There wasn't any content in this story that made me cringe, that made me think it was wrong or immoral but what I did feel was that at every turn in the plot I was left thinking where the heck is this all going to go to next.
I don't know if you would call it bad luck, fate, or destiny, but before Sianna reaches her happily ever after she finds herself in one hell of a predicament, two loves in her life, torn between two men. Sianna has one hell of a decision to make and that there is the love triangle I never expected.
My first book by this author. I don't read love triangles that often but I do love a book with angst and I really enjoyed this. Charlene's writing style was easy to follow and the plot easy to follow most of the time, so I would definitely read more from this author. What I am looking forward to reading next is the story of the guy who sadly didn't get the girl. A small cliffy has me desperate to know what happens next.
Told in first person dual pov. Available in KU. A standalone love triangle romance. Contains sex lots of it. Enjoy.
One New York borough (okay two boroughs). Four book boyfriends to fall in love with. Four full-length standalone novels with crossover characters that appear together in The Plus Ones. Bonus epilogues for all four novels that can only be found in this collection.
This collection includes: Rebound with Me (bonus epilogue and 5000 words longer than the original 2018 version), Come Back to Bed (bonus epilogue), Tonight You’re Mine (bonus epilogue) and The Plus Ones (bonus epilogue).
Rebound With Me
Vince and Nina: A man and a woman whose exes are now dating each other. One awesome bad idea. One hot summer fling that just might be the real thing.
Come Back to Bed
Matt and Bernadette: Two neighbors. Nothing in common except a wall and a dog. No strings. No problem!
Tonight You're Mine
Chase and Aimee: Just the two of them. Just for one night. Except that tomorrow they’ll have to start working together, and his business partner likes her too…
The Plus Ones
Keaton and Roxy: One Caribbean couples-only resort. Reservations for six friends who want to escape Brooklyn in the dead of winter. Two married couples. Two fakers who hate each other’s freaking guts.
This is a brilliant box set and I can't recommend it enough.
The audio version is brilliantly narrated.
Each book features two characters who fall in love, each story completely different and entertaining in its own way.
Funny moments, hot moments, brilliant loveable and likeable characters.
In THE PLUS ONES, this is the last book in this box set and it's Keaton and Roxy's story.
All the couples from this series plan to go on a romantic break to a couples resort. The couples don't want to leave out their two single friends Roxy and Keaton and agree that they could pretend to be a couple so they can join them, the thing is Keaton and Roxy have been enemies for years.
Roxy and Keaton eventually agree to go along as a pretend couple so they can spend time with their friends on a vacation. I loved the last book, I also enjoyed revisiting the lives of all the couples from each book previously.
I can't even pick a favourite out of this box set, Loved them all.
I found me a new favourite author. Definitely going to be reading more from Kayley Loring.
TEMPTED HEIR BY MICHELLE HEARD
Christopher Hayes and I have always been close. He’s my best friend. My person. The one who knows all my secrets.
He’s the most sought after bachelor.
Me? I want nothing more than to have my own child.
The instant Christopher finds out about my date with the sperm bank, my best friend takes it upon himself to choose the donor.
Only, no sperm out there is good enough for my eggs.
Then Christopher makes me an offer I can’t refuse. He’ll be my sperm donor.
The last thing I expected was for my best friend to turn into an unrecognizable alpha the instant I said yes.
Christopher Hayes, rich and handsome,
Kissed the girls and made them cry.
When Dash wanted to play,
Christopher decided it was time to stay
AVAILABLE IN KU
A best friends to lovers romance.
Emotional, heartwarming, hot. Tempted Heir even had me hopeful for that hea at one point when the doubts kicked in.
It wouldn't be a book by Michelle Heard if it didn't have that extra something that has you eagerly turning the pages wanting to know what happens next, and this book definitely has that.
Tempted Heir can be read as a standalone, I didn't feel like I needed to know the family tree, or who was who in this story, I was just completely swept away with Dash and Christopher's story and their journey. I basically loved every minute of it and couldn't put my kindle down.
Another brilliant addition to the series, completely different from the previous book featuring Christopher's brother Tristan.
Another fantastic read by this author.
THAT GUY BY KIM JONES
He’s That Guy.
You know, the hero in almost every romance novel.
The super-rich, powerful CEO who is beyond sexy. Lives in a penthouse. Is wicked in bed. Has massive…feet. Is kind of a jerk, but really he’s not because he harbors some major secret that, once revealed, explains why he is the way he is—therefore completely redeeming himself and making all the readers who hated to love him swoon….
Yeah. That one.
Well, I found him.
I’m a writer who has spent years searching for the perfect muse.
Now that I know he exists, I have a mission.
To make him fall in love with me.
This should be easy. I mean, I have issues, but above all, I’m a great catch.
Problem is, I did a stupid thing.
And now he hates me.
Unfortunately for him, he’s my That Guy.
And he’s going to love me….
Whether he wants to or not
Funny, so funny, boy did I laugh at some of the scenes in this book.
The whole book is like a p** take on romance tropes as the heroin sets out to find That guy, the kind of guy books are written about to help her with her own romance novel. Did she ever write it? I've not a clue but I enjoyed Penelope's journey to finding her perfect guy anyway.
If you need a laugh at some outrageous scenes with a quirky character, a good and different plot then I recommend giving this book a try. I enjoyed the audio and probably more than I would have reading it
I listened to this book in audio and the narrator did a brilliant job at bringing the characters to life. I think the audio compliments the story better than if you were reading it.

The Original story previously named Lucky Me was part of the Tempting Luck anthology 2018. Luck? When rock star Jamie Fontaine finds himself stranded in Dublin due to a snowstorm, he has no battery juice or charger for his cell phone. He has no email passwords and he can't remember a single phone number for assistance from work. To top it all off there are no hotel rooms available in Dublin, due to the St. Patrick's Day celebrations.
However, just when he'd thought all hope was gone a gorgeous girl in a bar called Daisy, gives him his lucky break. A break with contingencies that puts him to work, but not in his usually famous rock star way.
Fate and a whole lot of luck.
Jamie's day goes from bad to worse when the weather gods just aren't on his side. He winds up stuck in Ireland.
Now, I can think of a lot of worse things than partying with the Irish on St Patrick's day but Jamie is trying to get to his bandmate's wedding on time and hits one brick wall after another in his mission to get there. With a dead phone, no hire cars and no hotels available, he finds himself being taken in by a landlady of a pub.
Daisy has loved Jamie from the world-famous rock band DisRoyaled for years so when he turns up at her pub she's floored. Daisy is a down to earth, adorable, no mouth to filter kind of woman. I loved her!
Jamie and Daisy have instant chemistry. Two great characters that have me excited to read more and wanting to know how it all turns out with them.
Fun, flirty, hot, Lucky Break is the kind of novella you will read in one sitting and will leave you wanting more. I can't wait for the next book and the continuation of their journey in Lucky Chance.
Told in first person, Jamie's pov.
Arc received for review purposes.
Mackenzie Brooks is everything I've ever wanted.
Three years ago, she walked out of my life. No explanation. Just gone.
With the biggest fight of my career only weeks away, she walked back in.
I'll do anything to protect her. Destroy anyone who tries to hurt her. When it comes to Mac, there isn't a line I won't cross.
I've loved her my entire life, and now that's she's back I won't let her go.
She refuses to speak about the past, or the secrets I know she's hiding.
I know she's planning on running again. But when you love someone, you stay and fight. Even if you're fighting blind.
I thoroughly enjoyed this fighter romance book.
I love a bossy alpha hero with a soft heart but throw in a second chance romance, a secret baby and I'm a happy girl indeed.
I loved the writing style told in first person dual pov and the balance between plot, angst, and hotness.
I will definitely be reading more in this series
*Contains no cheating and leads to a heartwarming hea

Desperate, I turn to Dev's enemy, Colt Weston, President of the Blue Angels.
He's the sexiest man I've ever met, and the only one who can save me in a world of outlaws.
Danger and lust ignite my soul, making me feel alive for the first time in years.
As my feelings for Colt deepen, I learn that beneath his gruff exterior beats the heart of a loyal warrior who would die for his family...and for me.
There was a time I didn't belong in Colt's world, but now I want to stay. To do that, I'm going to have to get my hands dirty.
Greed. Death. Violence.
The streets will run red with the blood of my enemies.
4.5 Alpha hero stars.
My first book by this author. Wreck and Ruin is an excellent MC romance that reminded me exactly why these are my kind of reads.
Bossy alpha protective hero, a woman with backbone, lots of angst and drama.
A plot with a rollercoaster of ups and downs, plenty of hotness, there's even a moment or two where I had to grab a tissue. I loved it and looking forward to the next book in the series.
A collection of the four standalone romance in the CAUGHT UP IN LOVE series!
The Pretending Plot
I don't mean to just blurt it out. "Why, yes, I'm engaged!"But once I say it to a potential client, there's only one logical thing to do—cast the role of my fake fiancé. Easy enough. As a casting director, my job is to find the most talented players for every part, so I choose dreamy, edgy, sexy, sarcastic Reeve. And I sign him up for one week in the role of mine. It's not as if I'll fall for him in five nights even if we get a little cozy one night at the theater. It's not as if I'll want more even after a scorching afternoon in the stacks of the New York Public Library. I can't let myself fall because on Friday at midnight the curtain drops on our fake romance…
The Dating Proposal
Watch out world - I'm ready to date again.
The seven years I invested in my ex left me with nothing but scorch marks from the way he peeled out and left me at the altar. I'm not looking to put my heart into a relationship any time soon. But getting back out there? That sounds like a helluva good idea to get my groove back.
Then I bump into Chris....Clever and funny, with a sexy surfer's bod and a brilliant nerd brain, he has just the right screwdriver to fix my hard drive. (Yes, the one for my computer.) I wouldn't mind dating him. The trouble is he just proposed to me-to be the dating guru on his TV show-and now he's my new business partner.
What happens when you meet the right person at the wrong time?
The Second Chance Plan
The Private Rehearsal
The first rule of directing is simple: Never fall for your leading lady.
The second? Don’t let it get to you when she stage kisses another man.
Looks like I’ve already broken both. Now my jealous, possessive heart wants all of her – the ingenue who’s the star of my next show. I’m captivated by her raw talent, her addictive charm, and her desperate need for me.
Soon we’re staying late in the empty theater, our private rehearsals spiraling into forbidden territory.
Exactly where I can’t go. Because then I’d break the most dangerous rule of all.
Don’t give her your heart.
Because how can I be sure that what she feels is real and not a part of the play?.
THE DATING PROPOSAL
A year on from being dumped the day before her wedding McKenna is ready to date again. She lines them up with the help of friends and she plans to enjoy her new dating journey. Then she unexpectedly meets Chris. Mr fix it, tv-show, funny guy Chris * swoon
McKenna gets on so well with Chris she friendzones him. Until the inevitable happens...they realise they're in love with each other.
I loved the chemistry with these two characters, the banter and laugh out loud moments.
A recommended feel-good read with humour.
THE PRETENDING PLOT OR NOW KNOWN AS PRETENDING HE'S MINE
Fun, Sexy with great characters
When down on his luck aspiring actor has a meeting with a sexy no-nonsense casting director he comes away with a part he's only too willing to play...her real-life boyfriend.
Sutton needs a boyfriend or fiance to get ahead in her career and Reeve fits the part perfectly, only Reeve has had the hots for Sutton a while and there's very little acting needed on his part.
This fake boyfriend romance isn't unique there are a lot of books like this out there and to be honest, I do like these kinds of reads although a lot are very similar.
Reeve and Sutton's chemistry is hot. Reeve is a down to earth swoon-worthy guy and Sutton doesn't stand a chance against his charms, she falls hard. Sutton is a strong British character who knows what she wants and goes for it except when it comes to love which shows a vulnerability to her.
It's one of those stories where one of them has to admit at some point they aren't pretending anymore.
THE SECOND CHANCE PLAN
The second chance plan is a heartwarming second chance romance.
I didn't enjoy this book as much as some of the others by this author, the characters didn't really do it for me, or maybe it was because it was too much of a slow burn, not enough drama. That being said it wasn't without humor and hotness that I love in Lauren Blakely's books.
THE PRIVATE REHEARSAL
An adorable, heartwarming story about taking chances after heartbreak
Davis is a renowned and famous director, Jill is on the verge of her big break as an actress in a Broadway musical show.
There's chemistry and undeniable attraction between Jill and Davis but Davis having been burned before has a rule, and that's not to date actresses
The Private Rehearsal is a heartwarming journey where both characters have to learn to trust one another, take the plunge, and give in to fate.
Jill and Davis were no double two shining stars that were meant to burn bright together

Another heart-stopping addictive read from Nina Levine.
Childhood friends to lovers, a forbidden relationship, enemies to lovers. Gunner and his relationship with Chelsea is so many tropes wrapped up in an alpha package. The story starts of with the hotness and alpha bossiness I adore in this series then it all changes when Chelsea succumbs to her father's demands and his blackmail and she has no choice but to give Gunner up to save the club. Chelsea's dad is a guy in authority, a politician with his finger in a log of illegal pies who doesn't want his daughter with a biker.
There's a lot of push and pull with Gunner and Chelsea, she tries to move on and let him go to keep the club safe from her fathers threats but she still loves him and has a plan to find her way back to him and be rid of her father. Her downfall is not letting Gunner in on her plan.
Gunner tries to carry on and let his heart heal from losing Chelsea and her rejection but he's a bundle of angst and agitation and can't move on without her, especially when he keeps bumping into her.
It may be a little difficult for some people to read when Chelsea enters into an arranged marriage to appease her father and she also sleeps with her new husband, I didn't like that myself, especially when she has the odd night with Gunner and is still sleeping with her husband. It's complicated, part of the plot but still not something every reader will warm too.
Overall, I loved Gunner, it's a page-turner with so many ups and downs. I liked the characters, enjoyed having a glimpse at some of the Storm characters I've already read about, it was a brilliant addition to the series.
FROM WALL STREET JOURNAL & USA BESTSELLING AUTHOR M. ROBINSON
The sins of the father became those of the son.
Wrath for taking what was precious to me.
Greed for the lives that were mine to kill.
Sloth for the destruction against their will.
Lust for revenge and the blood I'd spill.
Gluttony for the souls I craved.
Envy for the spirits I had yet to take.
Pride for the birthright I'd soon fulfill.
She was all it took for me to lose my focus.
Sienna Luciano, my eighth deadly sin.
It was the end of me, but not my legacy.
It was only the beginning of...
El Diablo's resurrection.
Allow me to introduce myself.

The sins of the father wasn't just passed down to the son, he made a few of his own.
You are sucked into the darkness of the mafia world from the very outset.
An arranged marriage, a slowburn romance with so much going on outside the relationship that will keep you turning the pages with earnest.
The journey is thrilling, enticing, gritt, there's blood, angst drama and in the depths of it all, love is found.
No spoilers here, M Robinson has a way with words, her books tug on every emotion and Crux and Sienna's story is just another example of how she does it impeccably.
This book finishes with a cliffhanger, not with Sienna and Crux but how it does finish has me excited for the next book in this series.

Head down south to Winchester Wild Ranch where the nights are steamy, the cowboys are smokin', and it's always a wild ride.
A heartfelt, second chance, small-town romance from USA Today bestselling author Carmen Jenner.
Twelve years ago, Lemon Winchester traded her cowgirl boots for Manolos and fled Red River Canyon for New York without so much as a glance in her rearview.
When tragedy strikes, Lemon returns to Winchester Wild Ranch, back to the little town she left so many years ago, back to the house that holds too many memories, and back to her overbearing, madcap family.
But not everyone is happy to see her.
Colton Hayes has worked Winchester land since he was old enough to ride a horse. For as long as he can remember, his future only ever involved one person—Lemon Winchester—his best friend’s little sister. But it’s hard to marry the girl next door when she runs off in the middle of the night without so much as a goodbye.
She’s back and he’s bitter.
They once shared a love capable of scalding even the most brutal Texas summer, but the ranch is no longer big enough for them both, especially when those old feelings begin to resurface.
Lemon is every bit as infuriating as the day he fell in love with her, but Colt knows better than anyone that you can’t rope in Winchester wild. That woman will be the death of him … assuming her brothers don’t kill him first.

I do love a romance that has you finishing with a happy sigh and that's exactly what Lemonade and Colton's story did.
It took me a while to get my head around the characters name to be honest and I still didn't like it and couldn't warm to it but I did enjoy the story.
Lemon has been brought up in a small town and is a country farm girl who fell in love with her brother's best friend when she was just seventeen.
Lemon had dreams of going to the big city and that's what she did leaving Colton behind.
Twelve years later following her fathers death Lemon returns home and her first contact is with her ex Colton. It's a frosty reception not just from Colton but from some of her brothers too who didn't agree with the way she took off all those years ago.
A good story about two people who never should have separated in the first place. A second chance romance with no heavy drama's. I loved Colton who is a swoon-worthy hot sexy cowboy.
I'm looking forward to more in this series Lemon has brothers and that has me excited to know that there may be more sexy cowboys to come.
Working in Hollywood meant Jessica Dawson was used to lying. As an assistant to one of the biggest agents in town, biting her tongue and spewing out sugarcoated untruths were an almost daily occurrence. But fabricating alternate realities never spilled into her personal life, until three months ago when she told the biggest lie of all.
While her dear gran lay on her deathbed, Jessica mentioned she’d met her soul mate. It had been Gran’s last wish to see all her grandkids settled down before she went to see Jesus. And as the only one still single, Jessica didn’t have the heart to disappoint her.
No one expected Gran to make a miraculous recovery.
Now, Gran was expecting to meet Jessica’s perfect man at her cousin’s wedding, which meant she needed to find a perfect man fast. Hiring a professional was the only solution.
Enter Dave Larsson, younger brother to one of Hollywood’s elite.
Sexy, funny and just as smoldering hot as his super-famous sibling—he had talent and charm to spare. But most importantly, he was affordable and available.
All she needed to do was haul Dave home, have him meet Gran and the family, then shortly after the wedding, “break up” with him.
It was either that, or admit to her #1 Lie.
Only thing she didn’t plan on was the bigger lie she would need to tell herself when it was time to let him go.

Another T Gephart book that I thoroughly enjoyed
The Lie is funny, steamy has lots of laugh out loud moments and those awkward family moments. Loved it!.
Dave is such a hot laid back kind of guy you can't help but love him as he helps Jessica out of a pickle with her family, by using his acting skills when he becomes her boyfriend for the weekend.
It's not original but it is a fun read that leads to a heartwarming hea.
I listened to this in audio and found the narrating fabulous, the narration really bringing the characters to life and represents them well.
Looking forward to more from the Larsson brothers. After listening to this in audio I would definitely listen to more in this series or any of the authors other books
When I was seven years old, I met Maddison, the love of my life. And a minute later, I met Oliver who stole my heart and kept it. Forever.
Loving both of them, giving them each a piece of my heart, was easy at that age.
Maddison made me brave, and Oliver kept me safe.
But then we grew up, and loving both of them was wrong. How was I supposed to choose between my best friends? I couldn’t, and worse, I didn’t. And, that was the beginning of the end. It fractured us in ways we couldn’t imagine and pushed one of us to make a choice that would change the course of all of our lives.
But could we all live with the consequences?
One romance. One love story.

I'm speechless. I'm wrung out..
I hadn't read a book for weeks and the first book I pick up makes me sob then I sobbed and sobbed again.
I'd been thinking about Remy from the book Real today because of a facebook post, what a fab story that was I loved Remy and I never expected to find another gem of a book like that. Another bbf fighter that would win my heart. Although I don't like mentioning another authors work on my reviews, sometimes a reader needs a comparison of the characters or the story, a reader knows what they like. Well, I like to know this anyway, so I know what to look for or what to expect.
I wasn't expecting that or something like that in this book but I did and it was also so much more.
As much as the heart of the character was torn in two by her two childhood best friends, the two brothers and the love she had for both of them, a love that only grew stronger over the years, I'de felt my own being pulled one way then the other too.
I became completely captivated by this story and although my heart broke at one point, when I'd finally put my kindle down all I could think was... what a bloody good story that was.
Rachel De Lune: Bloody hell woman! I'm a mess 😢😭
*No cheating occurs in this book nor is it a menage. Its a childhood to adult love story with three best friends, a pact, and lots of heartfelt moments.
Enjoy the journey.

From New York Times bestselling author Samantha Towle comes a gripping psychological thriller that will have you on the edge of your seat.
I’d once believed that nothing would equal the pain of losing my parents.
I was wrong.
I had barely even begun to process their deaths when it started.
The love notes, flowers, gifts … all anonymously left on my porch.
Then, I opened my door to a dead bird.
At first, I thought it had died naturally.
I knew that wasn’t the case when I found my neighbor’s cat the next day.
Then, the murders started.
The victims … women who looked eerily similar to me.
I had a stalker. A murderous one.
And I had no clue who he was.
He never showed me his face.
Not even when he carved his final message into me.
I survived that night. But my life was over. It had ended the moment Tobias Ripley’s infatuation with me began.
So, I changed my name and moved away.
Now, I live a life of solitude. I don’t make connections with anyone.
Until Jack Canti walks into my life with his sharp eyes and easy smiles.
Only Jack isn’t the man he says he is.
And when the murders start again, I’m left wondering if it’s a copycat.
Or worse …
What if Tobias wasn’t the real killer after all … and the murderer has been right here with me all along

When Samantha Towle said she had written something completely different, I couldn't wait to get my hands on it.And she was right. It's certainly different to her norm
Dead Pretty may not be a hearts and flowers kind of read but there's plenty of hotness and just enough romance to feed you hungry romance lovers who want to try something new.
This is one of those books that will leave you thinking about it after you have read it. Even after I finished and I reached the twist near the end, I began to have flashbacks to the little things that had stood out before it that started to make sense.
The suspense was great and I never thought I would shed a tear while reading a thriller but I did. Audrey and Jack are adorable and so hot together. The whole pot has an edge of mystery. It's a page turner and Audrey has you hooked into her life and captivated with her from the beginning. Jack has a air of mystery. Audrey has a air of mystery. This story is unpredictable and... I DID NOT SEE THAT TWIST COMING, DAMN!
I loved that Samantha Towle broke the mold and brought her followers something different. Although it was darker than the usual books this author writes it was also refreshingly different. If you can call a story containing a psychopath that, that is.
Told in Audreys's pov. I would have liked to say like I do with most of my reviews they lived happily ever after but this is one of those books where you will have to read it and give your own tag line for the end. Enjoy
