True power is never held by good men, only the most perfect of villains. And she and I are both villains…
I stole her from her precious cartel, and now she's my pretty little pawn. She should fear me, but she doesn't. I'll have to teach her…
I put a gun to her head and she holds a knife to my throat. Round and round we go, inviting the sickness that consumes us both. We play our twisted game with sweet threats and cruel promises, neither backing down. I crave her madness in the most depraved ways.
Only a woman as ruthless as Camilla could ever make me weak, and she'd love to watch me crumble.
Two very bad people who want very bad things are never safe together.
Some love stories have no heroes.
What did I just read read?, I'm struggling to find words.
I adored Tor and Jude in the Wrong series, both bad in their own way, Tor had backbone and grew to be a bad-ass in her own right, I enjoyed watching her growth but Camilla would put the fear in any man.
A Russian Mafia boss and a Cartel queen, such a deathly combination.
Camilla has been taken, kidnapped in her life not once but three times and now in the hands of Ronan Cole the ice queen refuses to thaw. Camilla is fearless.
"God she is ruthless. A queen fit for a king.... but not every king needs a queen"
This is nothing like the Wrong series, Bad is.....well, bad, brutal and blood thirsty and I was unable to figure out the reasons why. Why two people are so cold and inhumane to the point were you just have to agree they are made for each other.
Ronan and Camilla are like two vicious tigers continuously circling each other, clawing each other, drawing blood and thriving in it.
Two people who have definitely found there mate.
"We often crave that which kills us"
"Round and round we go, dancing within each other's depravity like a man gone mad"
Both characters are an enigma.
Camilla is Roman's captive he's a ruthless man plotting and scheming, his games always lead to more power and Camilla is just a pawn in his game against her brother Gabriel and her use has a time limit.
A very angsty and gripping read. Contains blood play, twists, turns, mystery and suspense.
Looking forward to the conclusion, to answers and hopefully a hea.
A dark and gripping read told in first person's dual pov's
Arc gratefully received for review purposes
Bad bad things are coming....

"Do you really think I would hand you a loaded gun?" I ask Marat.
Adrenaline-laced blood pulses through my jugular. Red distorts my vision. I can handle many things, but this—I cannot. How dare such a man point a gun at me when I am granting him a mercy? Slowly, I push up from my chair and step toward Marat, pacing in front of him. The feral beast inside me begs to slice his throat. It screams for bloodshed and violence. But I will not give into that craving because I would like it too much. This is business, and yet...I glance over my shoulder at Camilla, and curiosity dances around my screaming demons. She's so unhinged. So uncontrolled. I would never in my wildest dreams predict what this little hellhound would do, so maybe I should unleash her.
"Kill them," I say, stubbing my cigar out on Marat's cheek, a pained hiss leaving his lips. "Make it savage, Krasivaya."
