BOOMER BY K.L SAVAGE
I left my life behind me.
I need room to breathe and room to think, to make my own choices and to own my mistakes.
Bitterness and anger cloud my judgment when it comes to the MC. What is so great about them that I can't have on the outside? What is so great about the patch?
That is all I've experienced with the club.
I hated to leave my sister. She's the only reason I stayed as long as I did.
But it's time for something new.
And yet, I find myself searching for trouble, wanting—needing to be someone's savior.I have the best poker face, but when I lay down my winning hand and they shove a girl at me, bound and scared, for my prize, I know I've landed in the middle of something bigger than me.The girl? Scarlett Rose.
My reason for being.
I just have to prove it to her.
She needs protection, and I'll die before they hurt her again.

I liked it. Boomer is a dark, gritty read and everything I enjoy in an MC romance.
I read Reapers Rise a novella and I liked the dynamics of the club but I wasn't all that interested in where Reapers story was going to go, not being a fan of the huge age gap romance I skipped the rest of Reapers story and didn't read the next book. I was however interested in Boomers story.
The young boy who was taken in by the club following the death of his father, the boy with an urge to blow things up and set things on fire.
Boomers story takes you on the journey of how he leaves the club to find himself and in that process then finds and rescues the imprisoned girls and in addition finds love along the way. It's dynamite.
He falls hard, fast and Boom.
The plot contains sex trafficking, sexual abuse but does not go into detail, just enough to give you an idea of what the girls have been through and how Boomer discovers the rogue Ruthless MC chapter who have destroyed all moral boundaries and what their club stands for.
An enjoyable and exciting read. I'm looking forward to reading the next book in this series
