It’s what I’m known around town for.
A rock-hard body, covered in tattoos with a sizeable bulge that women spend their nights fantasizing about.
Women track me down, needing someone that will fuck them rough without holding back.
They find me because they need a distraction from reality. They need something to get their mind off of the boyfriend who screwed them over or the job promotion they got passed over on at work.
Sometimes it’s just because they need someone reckless in the bedroom before settling down with the right one.
‘Cause I’m sure as hell not that guy.
I’m not the suit wearing, flower-buying guy you take home to meet the parents. I’m not the guy who will make you feel all warm and fucking fuzzy inside.
I was boyfriend material once. Would’ve even made a good husband. That was before everything good in my world got ripped away, leaving me broken beyond repair.
These women come to me because they need an escape to cope with the real world, but none of them know I need it more than them. I need something to make me feel alive. Something to get my heart beating again.
Then Cami shows up in my hometown, broken-hearted and pissed off at the world, needing an escape from her cheating ex.
She’s the only one that doesn’t want to use my body. In fact, she wants nothing to do with it and has no problems telling me so.
She’s interested in one thing only from me—to move into my rental property. But the problem with that is the more we fight, the deeper she buries herself in my soul.
Sex material is what I’m good at, but for the first time, it may not be enough.

Well thankfully after a very loooong Blurb, the book didn't drag on too much and was to the point, with no dips in the plot. i.e moments were I began to lose interest. The blurb gives away to much, reading it back now there isn't much left to tell,
The blurb itself has major spoilers. I believe a blurb should have a little insight and almost like a teaser, tempting you to read it, not tell you what its all about.
About the book;
Enemies to lovers, lots of sexual tension, Sex material is in fact an enjoyable read.
Jensen is an Ass-hole, there's no other way to describe him, he's rude, cocky and bossy. He's the owner of a construction and home rental company and he treats everyone the same, his employees, his tenants, he's a workaholic who doesn't mess with words and he takes pride in his businesses but there's so much more to this broody man and it takes a stubborn schoolteacher looking for a place to rent from him to finally show his true colours and the man behind the pain.
Cami has just discovered her boyfriend of five years has been cheating on her, so while temporarily living with her best friend she discovers the house to next door being fixed up by Jensen and will be available for rent and she heads right over hoping to apply for the rental.
Jensen hates disruption while working, he works hard and crashes hard when he's finished at home.
Jensen and Cami meet for the first time and Jensen's rudeness doesn't go down well with Cami and he gets a piece of her mind of how much of an ass-hole she thinks he is.
I guess Jensen isn't used to being told by a women he's an ass, they normally come on to him for his body, use him for sex, so Cami is refreshing to him, it turns him on and he begins his quest in making her angry whenever he can while he's working next door.
Jensen is a hot, bossy, a dirty mouthed talker and as the story progresses you can't help but love all the sides to him especially the Jensen who begins to lose his barriers and that Jensen is absolutely swoon-worthy.
Jensen goes from sex material to boyfriend material and more, it was a fun journey.
Great characters, fun read with no heavy drama or angst.
Told in first person dual pov and leads to a hea
