I loved this Christmas themed romance from Tawna Fenske.
I was expecting a cheesy, Cheeky, Christmas romance based on the cover but what I got was a sweet story with heartwarming and humorous moments and no cheese at all.
A little bit about the plot:
Brandon has served 13 years in the forces and is now home for Christmas he wants to do something with his time, he hasn't got good memories of Christmas and wants to change that. Brandon is interviewed by Jade's sister who does all the marketing for the Reindeer ranch and who better to get the mummy's lining up to see Santa than a stud muffin Santa.
Jade went to school with Brandon, he was one of the popular guys, a soccer player, whereas jade was a chubby girl and was bullied. Jade was never bullied by Brandon, in fact, he doesn't even remember her.
Jade is trying to get her business off the ground and there are twists and turns in the plot when they discover someone is out to ruin her business.
Brandon and Jade develop a friendship, there is sizzling chemistry between them and a slow burn romance develops.
I enjoyed Stud muffin Santa and would definitely read more from Tawna Fenske. The story was told in first person dual pov and there was just the right amount of heat, drama, and interest in the characters and plot to keep you turning the pages.
Leads to a heartwarming hea and has plenty of swoon-worthy moments. A recommended Holiday read.
