Book 1 The Bandit to be read first. I toyed with the 4 star/5 star, I just couldn't make up my mind and in the end I decided it was down to my lack of reading complicated plots, the usual being a hearts and flowers kind of read or just plots that you just go with the flow with but The Knight is so much more and that had me struggling with certain parts of this book, yep; it's sometimes like a puzzle with the history of the Knight family and I'm no good at those but I can't deny the strategic planning that would of gone into this plot that lead to the outcome that I'm sort of happy with for now. Despite that The end swung my decision, this isn't a spoiler, I as a reader just expected more and some will view it differently and you will have to judge for yourself. I did love the Knight and the characters, B.B Reid I can say never disappoints with turning a bad boy into one that makes you swoon. The Stolen Duet is very different from the Broken Love series. The legacy Angel is a prisoner of runs deep through generations he has a duty to fulfil, he is the Knight and master of a kingdom and only birth- right or murder of another knight allows you to sit on its throne. The Knight is a cleverly devised plot filled with lies,family ties,twists and turns, danger,enemies but yet finely crafted throughout the plot it tells of a love that is destined. Angel Knight has Mian stamped on his heart and this book also covers the back story of their teenage love. Angel shows his softer side in this book and he is a world apart from the Angel I encountered in The Bandit. The Knight is another brilliant and gripping read from BB Reid. Told in dual pov's.
