Texas is the daughter of the world’s biggest rock star, Mark Knight. Kitt is the lead singer in the hottest up-and-coming band, Filthy Sound.
Mark has mentored Filthy Sound from the beginning, seeing their potential, and now he’s supporting them on their first worldwide tour.
She’s off-limits. He can’t help himself.
I was so into this book, I loved the characters and the family feels the guys had when on tour.
The banter was great, I'm a bit gutted there are no other books with Cooper and Milo the other band members who bought humour to the plot.
About WITH THE BAND
Tex was Brought up by a famous rock-star single dad, Texas I felt was a little bratty at times and immature but putting that down to her age I tried to not let it bother me, although I did roll my eyes at some of her words and actions at times, the mother in me wanted to tell her to grow up too, I suppose it brought added drama and she did have her mature moments.
Tex has had the hots for Kitt for two years, they have known each other a while, and she has been secretly falling deeper for him and also feeling the hurt when she watches I'm go off with groupies, especially as his band get more famous.
Kitt also has the hots for Tex, they are close friends and when they all go on tour again together Kitt fights his feelings and doesn't want to take advantage of the man who has been his idol and mentor who is Tex's father and rock legend or cause problems on tour. Kitt and his band was the supporting act of Enigma but now Kitts band are the ones being supported by Tex's father's band this time around. Filthy Sound is making it big and although Tex is along supporting her father she is also along for the man she's growing to love.
Things start to get hard to avoid on tour especially the chemistry, sharing a bus and spending so much time together, Kitt and Tex are inevitable.
This is one of those stories were rock-star man-whore turns into adorable swoon-worthy bbf, I loved it.
I also loved that Natasha kept the Britishism if that's even a word. The guys were crude, rude and very British, like I said earlier, I loved them and wish this was a series, I would definitely follow it and with this book being a few years ago, no doubt there would be maturity in Natasha's writing style too.
I love a good rock-star read, man-whore, bad boy doing a one-eighty over a girl and this is definitely one of the good ones.
In summary, a bargain buy, a good rock-star and coming of age romance that I enjoyed.
From New York Times bestselling authors Vi Keeland and Penelope Ward comes an unexpected love story of secondhand hearts and second chances…
It all started with a mysterious blue note sewn into a wedding dress.
I’d gone to sell my own unworn bridal gown at a vintage clothing store. That’s when I found another bride’s “something old.”
Stitched into the lining of a fabulously feathered design was the loveliest message I’d ever read: Thank you for making all of my dreams come true.
The name embossed on the blue stationery: Reed Eastwood, obviously the most romantic man who ever lived. I also discovered he’s the most gorgeous. If only my true-love fantasies had stopped there. Because I’ve since found out something else about Mr. Starry-Eyed.
He’s arrogant, cynical, and demanding. I should know. Thanks to a twist of fate, he’s my new boss. But that’s not going to stop me from discovering the story behind his last love letter. A love letter that did not result in a happily ever after.
But that story is nothing compared to the one unfolding between us. It’s getting hotter, sweeter, and more surprising than anything I could have imagined.
But I have no idea how this one is going to end..

I adored Charlotte and Reed and I adored this story.
Basically, anything Vi Keeland and Penelope Ward turn's out I go gaga over, I love their writing, the plots and the characters.
HATE NOTES was So good, so many times I've burst into laughter, I love the characters.
A bit about the plot;
When Charlotte finds a note pinned inside a wedding dress, a love letter to his future wife, Charlotte becomes curious about the man who wrote it and why was the dress now in a second hand store were she was taking her own dress, she knows her story and why she's no longer a blushing bride but why this dress?
Curiosity gets the better of Charlotte and she decides to stalk Reed on Facebook and try and find out more about the man behind the note, maybe it would renew her faith in love again. A drunken night leads to an appointment to view an apartment with Reed, an apartment way above her finances but she goes along with the viewing just to see the man. Reed is on to Charlotte and calls her out, you could say he was rude and arrogant and Charlotte ends up leaving the apartment upset.
Charlotte finds herself crying in the bathroom of the building, disappointed with the man behind the note who wasn't what she was expecting at all. Charlotte finds herself unloading everything to a dear old lady in the bathroom, everything, all about her ex, about being jobless and the reason she was so curious to go to see the man who she now hated. Charlotte comes away with an unexpected job offer and new hope for her current hopeless life.
When Charlotte and Reed meet again it definitely gets interesting, I laughed at Charlotte she was so funny without trying to be, she certainly could put the stuffy guy in the bow tie in his place and she did so over and over. I loved the love-hate relationship Charlotte and Reed had going on. Reed couldn't escape her even if he wanted to it seemed his Grandmother loved her and she had been hired to be the family's PA.
A great light and humorous romance with a heartwarming hea. I loved it and would definitely recommend. I listened on audio and as always with these two authors choice of narrators it was brilliant, the narrators really brought the characters and the story to life.

After years of being away, I return home to bury my best friend,
only to learn that Birdie’s in trouble.
If I had known about the monster from her past, I never would’ve left.
I went to fight someone else’s war while I left the woman I love unprotected.
But I’m here now, and I’m ready to send Birdie’s demon right back to hell.
RELEASE ATE NOVEMBER 26TH
A sign of a good book is not being able to put it down and I definitely read this in one sitting.
I was entranced by Birdie and Cole's story.
Birdie's story is fascinating, a girl who was locked away in a cupboard for years by her father and obviously this has psychological side effects even now she is in a loving home.
Birdie is a shy girl and due to her scars always wears long-sleeved clothing but something about her captivates Cole. Cole and Birdie go to the same school and I wish there was more of the early years in the story, stolen glances, feelings, how protective Cole felt of her, however, the story jumps to Cole going into the Marines just before anything could happen between them, when they are only just discovering they are attracted to each other.
Cole goes into the marines and returns years later with his own nightmares but due to living in the same town reconnects with Birdie the girl he never forgot.
The GIRL IN THE CLOSET is a heartwarming story although, in a dark setting, it's moving and has a mixture of hope and fears within the plot.
Another unforgettable read by Michelle Heard.

Sometimes life isn’t as simple as happily ever after.
Echo saw me and from that moment on I was his, whether I knew it or not. But I’m not the same girl I was when we met.
I grew up, we grew up, and something changed.
I miss him. I miss his bossy, alpha ways. I miss our games.
I want my pain in the ass biker back. I hope he still wants me..
I remember the very first time I saw her; my breath stopped and my dick hardened.
She’s given me everything: a life, a home, a family.
But something’s changed and we’ve drifted apart.
I can’t lose her.
She’s mine. She always has been, and now it’s time to remind my woman exactly who she belongs to
Echo & Liv is now LIVE!!💚💚

My first couple from Archers Creek and it was great seeing how Echo and Liv were doing, even after 13 years of marriage. The sex is still smokin with this hot couple who just can't get enough of each other.
Echo is still as demanding as ever and so full of love for Liv but when club life, kids and life in general begin to get in the way of their marriage Echo decides it's time to remind Liv of the man she fell in love with.
Just like the first book Echo and Liv are hot and this is a great addition to the series and so true to life, sometimes life does get in the way and we need a reminder of our first loves.
If you haven't read this series then your missing out, Alpha male bikers, sassy women and lots of steam with no heavy drama, I love it.
This book could be read as a standalone if you want a hot quick read with a bossy biker but you would be missing out on how Liv and Echo first met and all the saucy details that lead up to their marriage.
Looking forward of more from Gemma Weir and if I detected correctly it seams Echo has a sassy girl with protective brothers and a mini me in his eldest son, so I am hoping for a next generation book at some point.
Told in first dual pov. Great MC series with lovable characters.

What happens when the cute mountain man you made out with in an ice fishing shack turns out to be your brother’s best friend?
A whole lot of awkward, that’s what.
Maggie’s mind is reeling when she discovers the guy she became tangled up with at Marv’s Bait & Tackle isn’t a stranger like she thought.
The big snag: Sam and Maggie’s chemistry is hot enough to melt ice, which makes keeping their secret far more difficult than either expected.
Especially when one of them decides they want this arrangement to be more than just a catch and release.

,It was a slow start but then I was hooked!.
A BIT ABOUT THE PLOT
Maggie is in hiding, licking her wounds, she is supposed to be spending Christmas with her boyfriend before visiting her brother but instead, she is hiding out in a B&B plotting how to get her boyfriend back. Maggie thinks all her family love her now EX and being the NFL player he is and because he fits all her ideal's in a man she is on a mission to get him back before they find out.
Maggie first meets Sam in the bait shop and describes him as just a guy with a decent body and not much to look at, I was like, okaaay, so not your usual hot guy meets girl romance but as the story progresses you discover there's a lot more about Sam that is definitely hot.
Sam is sweet, the new owner of the tire depot, you may have met him in the first book and Maggie is the sister of Miles also from the first book WAIT WITH ME, I loved WAIT WITH ME, I laughed so many times while reading but I didn't chuckle along with Next in line in the same way, although Maggie did have her own realm of crazy going on.
While Maggie is a little down, fresh out of a breakup from her ideal boyfriend, she's is also a dreamer, a romantic and wants to win him back even after he called her "basic" on Christmas morning and broke up with her. Instead of moving on Maggie is intent on winning him back by proving him wrong, she begins to try and be someone she thinks he wants and so on her visit to Boulder plans on messaging him with all the un-basic Maggie images to lure him back but on her journey she discovers there's plenty more fish in the sea.
First up on her list to win back her ex while visiting her brother in Boulder is ice fishing, and this is when Maggie meets Sam in the bait shop who somehow becomes her get the ex-back partner in crime by doing sports and other things outside Maggie's Basic life, Sam shows her the ropes, takes her fishing, climbing and the two become friends and then more develops.
When Sam and Maggie first meet, Maggie doesn't know Sam is her brothers best friend and Sam doesn't know this is his best friends sister, so after things got a little heated during ice fishing it really starts to get interesting.
Maggie discovers in her adventure that she's a "Master baiter" and Sam discovers that he may just have found his unexpected catch of the day.
NEXT IN LINE is a light and fun read, I liked both characters and was very happy with the hea, there is no heavy drama, so it's an easy to follow read with humor, WAIT IN LINE can be read as a standalone.

Some say “chivalry is dead.”
I don’t think so. Most women I know like a gentleman.
Protective, opens doors, treats women with respect, typically follows the rules.
But a gentleman doesn’t fall for his best friend’s woman. Current or ex.
And that’s what I’ve done.
During the Christmas season of all times — that magical time for decorations, gifts, family . . .
Yes, the girl who was off-limits for so long, who I’ve loved all my life, has come back in town and possibly back to me.
I can’t follow the gentleman rules this time. There’s too much at stake. I let her go once. I won’t let her go again.
What happens under the mistletoe, stays under the mistletoe.
Or does it?

Another book by Prescott Lane I couldn't put down. I loved this book of second chances.
Skylar returns home after a break up with her boyfriend of 9 years and is supposed to stay with her best friend Maci but due to a sickness bug in the family she stays with their mutual friend Jax instead so she doesn't get the sickness bug.
Skylar is still licking her wounds from her recent break up with Luke but wants to enjoy her Christmas with her friends as well as planning her new future.
Skylar, Luke, Jax, Maci and Malcolm all grew up together. Malcolm and Maci were teen sweethearts then married and Skylar hoped she and Luke would follow the same path but it never happened, maybe it was fate, some things happen for a reason maybe?
To Jax, Skylar is the one that got away, the girl he should have taken to prom instead of his best friend Luke, he let bro code come first, a regret he has carried for years and now Skylar is back home and it's time to man up, finally share his feelings and break the seal on the bro- code.
I loved this fate filled romance. Friendships are tested, hearts are broken and it's a story of may the best man win.
I swooned, laughed and enjoyed the chemistry between Skylar and Jax.
I read A GENTLEMAN FOR CHRISTMAS in one sitting and was so eager to know how this would all unfold.
Jax was determined, demanding and so swoon-worthy.
A perfect heartwarming friends to lovers romance
Told in first person dual pov and leads to a hea
No heavy drama or cheating. Recommended Christmas romance.

If I could only sum this book up in one sentence all I would say is... This story is epic and it has to be my favorite of 2018.
Every now and again a book comes along and sticks with you, it takes a few days to shake off, your mind just keeps going there and this for me was THAT BOOK!
Firstly, military romance is not normally my choice of reads but I am so, so, glad I took the plunge.
To be honest, I struggled with were to start with this review so where better I suppose than at the beginning.
The beginning of this journey tells of Katy going to war, to Afghanistan, Katy is a soldier, a mother and a wife, she also married a soldier and like her father before her she too has the military running through her blood, Katy has always wanted to serve and now does so as a nurse on the field. The story begins with her deployment to Afghanistan.
The first wave of sadness that hit me was Katy leaving her son and husband and then as she fought her own inner battles as she tries to settle in on the army barracks.
Heartbreak Warfare is a telling title, there are so many battles within this book, mental, physical, emotional and I felt every single one of them.
I don't want to add spoilers to my review, this story is one to be read from how it was intended to be told and not from my words.
Told in the first person by all three main characters, I felt every single one of their fears, emotions, heartache and battles, the writing of both Katy and Heather is flawless.
Heartbreak Warfare is a complicated story, one were you have to be able to see in colour and not black and white, it isn't for the judgmental. This is a love story some would not understand, a love triangle that you may not comprehend but if you can get it, then, you GET IT!... and you will know that its so much more than that, so much more than just a love triangle, than just choosing who to love or not to love, it isn't like that at all, so be brave and don't let that be a hindrance to this epic love story.
Men and women at war, the struggles with what they have seen and endured, HEARTBREAK WARFARE is so much more than a love story and I highly praise these two authors for such an emotional, heartbreaking and unforgettable story, for the images they brought to my mind for the characters I grew to love. It broke me, I wont lie and all I could think of when I finished was, damn... get me a spoiler group NOW!
All I can say in addition to this is read it, get it, savour this emotional journey.

From New York Times and USA Today bestselling author K. Bromberg comes a new story in her Everyday Heroes series…
Control is something Desi Whitman abhors. Why live life in black and white perfection when you can messily color outside the lines?
But when she comes face to face with SWAT officer Reznor Mayne, he’s about to show her just how good control can feel.
**Every 1001 Dark Nights novella is a standalone story. For new readers, it’s an introduction to an author’s world. And for fans, it’s a bonus book in the author’s series. We hope you'll enjoy each one as much as we do.**
“One time with you is definitely not enough for me.”

Everything about Rez is sexy so prepare to swoon.
I loved Control and definitely liked Rez the sexy Swat guy who also teaches self-defense to women and then there's Desi a sassy commitment-phoebe who discovers her hot instructor is also her new neighbor it was definitely a perfect match, Rez is one patient guy.
Desi and Reznor have a lot of chemistry sizzling between them from the moment they meet, they can't stop thinking of each other and then discover they live next door to each other.
Desi doesn't want more than the one night stand she finds herself having with Dez but the push and pull is real as she struggles to keep her distance from the guy who would be very girls dream, she just has to believe that dreams come true and be free from her fears.
Control is a great contemporary romance, it has hot moments, laughter, likable characters and a good plot.
CONTROL is classed as a novella but has 27 chapters and they just flew by, I was completely caught up in the lives of Desi and Reznor.
I would say CONTROL is a light-hearted read with no major dramas. Two people who are brought together by circumstance and fate playing its part in taking this story to a hea.
Told in first person dual pov.
I haven't read the previous book and nothing is given away with Desi's friend's story which was the previous book, so I am also looking forward to reading that too.
Hot men in uniforms, sign me up, looks like this will be a sizzling series to follow.

“Remind me not to like him.”
“Like who?” she asks.
Gotta keep her on her toes.
“Logan St. Assh*le,” I say. “Guys who have cats—correction, guys who name their cat Pussy—either aren’t getting any or are using the name as a way to state they’re not gay when everyone already knows they are.”
“Is that so?”
“Yep. Why be ashamed of who you are and hide behind a cat? Just live the best life.”
There’s something I say that has her head tilting to the side again. She takes me in a little longer than expected. “It’s the former,” she finally admits.
I shrug. “Why is he an assh*le?”
“The bigger question is how is he not an assh*le?” For the briefest of moments I see a ghost of a smile on her lips, and it reminds me of how pretty she was the other day before the defense class began when she was chatting me up.
“Doggy Style?” I ask.
“That’s the name.”
“But Pussy is a cat.”
“You’re quite observant…”
“I can imagine you attract all kinds of interesting folks with that name,” I say, dismissing her sarcasm.
For the briefest of moments something flickers through her eyes and before I can put a finger on it, the emotion is gone, but it reminds me of what I saw in them the other day after class.
“Just as I’m sure you do working with SWAT.”
“Always.” I look at the cute cottage-style house. “You lived here long?”
We stare at each other in silence, and it’s almost as if she remembers she isn’t supposed to like me. Her expression and posture suddenly stiffen...probably because she realized she was smiling at me.
And f*ck if I know why it turns me on.
“It’s none of your business.”
So that’s how she wants to play it? Fine.
“Then it’s also none of my business that Pussy ran into the house about two minutes ago.” She narrows her eyes and sneers at me again. “It’s your loss, Desi.”
“That you don’t trust me to show you just how good I am with something wet and groomed.” And with that parting comment, I flash her a lightning-quick grin before heading to my side of the fence, while she grumbles and curses me out under her breath.
I hear her door slam.
I hear her call for Pussy again.
And all I can think about is how damn unexpected she is—and at the same time such a very welcome distraction.
I think I’m going to like my time in Sunnyville.
In the land of gods and monsters, she was a toy. A plaything. A pet.
Taken, stolen, beaten, used.
Pet remembers nothing before his touch, and afterward she craves nothing more.
Sinful and merciless, Ares is her god now. He alone says when to beg, when to come, and when to kneel, but he never said anything about leaving.
Warning: In the Land of Gods and Monsters is a dark romance novel. It contains strong sexual themes, dubious consent, graphic violence, and may contain triggers for some readers.

TEASER & EXCERPT
“Beautiful, isn’t it?” He presses his front against my back, eliminating the space between us. My heart races as I feel his erection through his suit pants.
I shiver. “Will you hurt me in here, Sir?”
“Will you make me cry?”
“I usually do.”
I steel my jaw, because the way he talks about my pain, my torment, is just cruel. “Then what are you waiting for?”
“An audience,” he whispers, his tongue darting out to lick the space where my shoulder meets my neck. I close my eyes, bring my arm up behind his head, and slide my fingers into his hair as he devours my flesh. My body is electric, on fire, and buzzing with need. His words terrify me, and yet I’ve never been more turned on.
I knew this was dark, I knew this had triggers and may contain some dark scenes but damn....
Not what I was expecting at all.
Camille is taken, kidnapped and following her abduction has amnesia, she doesn't know who she is but knows she doesn't belong in the cell she wakes up to.
Day after day she is sexually abused to the point were she craves sexual activity, longs for it. She becomes a pet who craves her master's attention.
Pet is conditioned to crave what her master Ares wants which is always sexual.
I lost count of the sexual activity in this book and it wasn't the kind I normally enjoy reading where there is chemistry and love. This was raw, manipulative, cringe-worthy even.
Pet is caged like an abused bird but when the cage door is open will she go back to her real life?, will her memories return?
The latter I want to know, why was she taken, who is Ares? Ending on a cliffhanger, do I want to know, that's the question.
I'm curious and that's what would have me reading book 2 and that alone at this point. I want to know why she was abused and taken in this way, who Ares and his brother are.
I didn't really enjoy this book, I read most of it wanting to know if there was a purpose to it, if there would be a romance emerging somewhere between the dark and gritty line's. I've read books very similar, it wasn't unique, so would I read book 2? I'm undecided, it's not a story where you feel drawn to the characters or connected, I can't even say I felt sorry for the captive.
In this story, I'm definitely on the fence with this one.

When K Webster puts a note at the beginning of the book stating it's dark with triggers then believe her, it's definitely a warning to be taken noticed of.
I love dark romance, I like the gritty and the unpredictable, this though, this was more psychological and I think I hurt my brain trying to figure the characters out. There are some very cringe-worthy scenes, the warning isn't there as a ploy to get you wondering why and to entice you into reading the book this is the author being honest, there are scenes of rape and torture so if that makes you vomit don't go there.
A clever plot though and K Webster has the ability to weave a romance through all the darkness very well. I enjoyed it but not one of my favourites from this author, I didn't feel connected to the character which is probably a good thing seeing as he's a psychopath but that is what I like about reading, being transported into the lives and minds of someone else.
In summary, this wasn't for me but maybe next time.

The last time I saw my best friend’s younger brother, he was a geek wearing braces. But when Cannon shows up to crash in my spare room, I get a swift reality check.
Now twenty-four, he’s broad shouldered and masculine, and so sinfully sexy, I want to climb him like the jungle gyms we used to enjoy. At six-foot-something with lean muscles hiding under his T-shirt, a deep sexy voice, and full lips that pull into a smirk when he studies me, he’s pure temptation.
Fresh out of a messy breakup, he doesn’t want any entanglements. But I can resist, right?
I’m holding strong until the third night of our new arrangement when we get drunk and he confesses his biggest secret of all: he’s cursed when it comes to sex. Apparently he’s a god in bed, and women instantly fall in love with him.
I’m calling bullshit. In fact, I’m going to prove him wrong, and if I rack up a few much-needed orgasms in the process, all the better.
There’s no way I’m going to fall in love with Cannon. But once we start... I realize betting against him may have been the biggest mistake of my life.
THE ROOM MATE is a full-length standalone romance.
I'm done resisting. I think it's time to get better acquainted with my new roomie. There's just one tiny problem... http://amzn.to/2iU6iyY
A good friends lovers romance.
When Paige gets persuaded to rent one of her rooms temporarily to her best friends brother she's a little shocked to find the hottie on her doorstep. The boy who was once her friend's little brother, who used to follow them around is definitely now all man.
A lot of chemistry and the sexy times begin as Paige and Cannon fight their undeniable attraction. Fun and games, skirting around feelings, Paige is afraid what her lifelong best friend will think and the secrets commence, I loved it and who can deny a hot sexy doctor who definitely knows a thing or two about anatomy.
The Room mate was a hot sexy and flirty read with great characters.
A good story with lots of hotness. A light and sexy read with no major dramas.
Told in first person dual pov.
I listened to this on audio and I liked the female narration but found the male sounded to much like Hannibal Lecter and too old for the character which was a little distracting at first but I blocked that out and concentrated on the story which had me hooked from the beginning.
I would definitely read more of Kendall Ryan's books a great example of contemporary romance with a good balance of everything a romance reader wants.
What happens when a single mother is forced to live with a grumpy, ailing football star? The smolder turns red hot of course.
Amanda Shaw has pulled it together. It’s taken a couple of years, a boatload of hard work, and a ton of self-discipline, but she finally has her problems in a headlock. Her yoga studio in the city has become so successful she’s opening one near the beach, and her relationship with her ten year old son is improving every day. The last thing she needs is a monkey wrench thrown into her smoothly running life.
Grant Hendricks is one big monkey wrench. The four time Defensive Player of the Year, three time NFL sack leader, and all around football god has officially hit rock bottom. A devastating back injury means he may have to retire and that scares him more than doctors telling him the next hit could leave him paralyzed. All he needs is a quiet place to think and his teammate’s beach house sounds like just the place. Problem is, the woman already living there.
You know the drill, folks. This book is chock full of naughty words and steamy moments. Not for delicate sensibilities and anyone under 18.
4.5 My klutzy-knight-in-no-armour stars.
Bulldozer was a great slow burn enemies to lovers romance. The balance between serious, humor and hotness although the latter didn't contain enough of it, was brilliantly written.
I laughed, swooned and even had a chin wobble moment. Grant is so swoon-worthy without even trying.
I found myself laughing numerous times, Amanda is quick-witted, sarcastic and the grumpy NFL player she found herself having to house share with just took it all in his stride.
Grant is staying at Amanda's brothers beach house recovering from surgery and this hot chunk of a hunk loves to walk around naked, so needless to say when Amanda first turns up with her son to stay for the summer not only is she shocked at the house guest she didn't know she would have she cops a good eyeful too.
A good story, two people with their own fears, own reservations about relationships and as the heat in this enemies to lovers romance begins so does the undeniable chemistry neither can ignore.
I really liked it, I would definitely read more from this author, this is my first and I am already looking at other books from this author I can dive into.
Great characters. Told In first person, Amanda's pov & leads to a swoon-worthy hea.
BULLDOZER has everything you could want for in a contemporary romance.

I'm like a child on a ride at this point shouting "again, again" I don't want to get off this dark, gritty and gripping adventure.
The journey continues in this gripping and intense trilogy which isn't for the prudes or faint-hearted T. M Frazier really does know how to weave a dark love story.
It's always difficult reviewing a trilogy, I mean, the story isn't complete yet and I do like to leave an overall review but from what I have read so far this is definitely on its way to a five star.
"I'm A man who's reorganized himself in a woman. She's my other half. The piece of me that's been missing since the day I was born. She's my humanity".
I can't wait to see what happens next in this unpredictable journey that just throws curve balls at you when you least expect them.
Looking forward to the final book with anticipation.

Title: False Memory
Series: The False Series #1
Author: Meli Raine
Genre: Romantic Suspense
Release Date: November 13, 2018
It all started with the bereavement flowers with my name on them.
Not the best way to wake up, right? I work in a flower shop. I know a funeral arrangement when I see one.
I know a killer when I see one, too. And one is standing in my hospital room right now, straight behind the man who saved my life.
I canât tell anyone the truth, because thatâs the fastest way to really die. So I do the next best thing. I âloseâ my memory.
I fake my amnesia.
Pretending not to remember a brutal attempted murder has its perks. The killer is backing down, spending less time around me, loosening the noose.
The less I claim to recall, the more my rescuer, Duff, works to help me âremember.â I hate lying to him.
But he doesnât understand that my memory is dangerous. To me. And to him.
Fooling everyone isnât easy. Itâs the hardest thing Iâve ever done.
Except itâs starting to look like Iâve been fooling myself.
In more ways than one.
Releasing December 11, 2018
Release Date: January 15, 2019
Meli Raine writes romantic suspense with hot bikers, intense undercover DEA agents, bad boys turned good, and Special Ops heroes â and the women who love them. Meli rode her first motorcycle when she was five years old, but she played in the ocean long before that. She lives in New England with her family.
Jason "Still" Waters' life looks perfect from the outside—money, fame, and the words "World Champion Bull-Rider" after his name. But Jason has a secret, one he never planned on telling anybody...until he meets Simone. She's the kinky girl of his dreams...and his conservative family's worst nightmare.
"Picture Perfect Cowboy" is a standalone erotic romance from Tiffany Reisz, set in her bestselling Original Sinners series. An abridged version was previously published in "Exposed: A Romance Anthology" as the novella "The Watermark."
Kink and a cowboy.
I loved the blurb and I guess that combined with a hot cowboy story had me chomping at the bit to read it.
Jason is a cowboy, brought up by strict parents, he's the type of guy who opens doors, calls women ma'am and disrespect no one, full of southern charm.
Picture Perfect Cowboy starts with Jason doing his friend a favour. As a retired champion bull rider now a horse trainer Jason is standing in for his injured friend to do a photo shoot for charity. When he first meets Simone not only is Jason away from his ranch that's in the middle of nowhere but he also feels out of his depth and element because it's a naked photo shoot.
Simone is the photographer who tries to put Jason at ease, chats with him to make him feel more comfortable for the shoot which seems normal enough, Jason comes across as bashful and is also worried about his image, his strict parents although he's plenty old enough to be making his own choices but then the conversation goes onto Dom's and subs as Simone continues to chat with him.
Simone openly tells him about her kinky side, her website and her involvement in a sex club.
I'm surprised Jason didn't run a mile but he has a side to him that craves what Simone can offer. All this is within an hour or two after meeting.
The plot progresses, Simone basically becomes his teacher although she also becomes his slave and Jason learns how to be a master when she goes to stay with him on his ranch the same day.
It's an insta everything kind of read, things develop really quickly and there are some hot and kinky scenes.
I can't decide if I liked it or not. The sex scenes were good, the characters I liked but the way the plot went it just felt too unrealistic and I know it's fiction but I struggled picturing it all happening the way it did.
PICTURE PERFECT is told in the third person, not my favorite way to read, I prefer getting into the thoughts of the characters but it does lead to a hea which I like very much.
In summary, a quick kinky read with a hot and charming cowboy who has allowed himself to be molded by other people's ways instead of discovering himself, his fantasies and his needs, until he meets a hot pink haired sassy New Yorker and begins to explore his fantasies.

“A rock star with no rhythm is a man with no soul.” – Stone Lockhart
As the lead singer of one of the hottest bands to hit the rock scene, f*cks are free, drugs come easy, and music is life.
For as long as Stone can remember, Willow has been his music – the notes that weave his soul together. His rhythm.
Until he threw her away.
All he has left is a handful of pills and a few lines of powder to make him forget her. And he tries, over and over.
Clean and ready to make things right, he’s faced with the fact that Willow’s moved on. She’s not the same girl he cast aside. Willow’s a woman sure about her purpose in life. Sure about who she’s meant to love.
Stone may be lost without his rhythm, but Willow has found so much more.

I could not put this down the angst meter was at full and tipping over.
STONED is a heartbreaking and heartfelt story.
Stone and Willow had been each other's first loves and as Stone and the guys reached stardom Willow was with them every step of the way. They were a family, they had each other until the rock-star lifestyle, drugs, alcohol, women also became a part of Stones life and Willow hung on for as long as she could until she couldn't anymore, the boy she fell in love with was gone and she didn't recognize this new Stone and after a series of heartbreaking events she left.
"The day Stone stopped making music with me was the day I died a little inside".
A wake-up call for Stone, a painful realization that he had lost the only girl he would ever love, his girl, his songbird, his birdie and then a near-death experience causes Stone to fight his addictions and begin the battle to win back his girl.
"This girl has always been my home. The music in my soul and the lyrics of my fucking heart. My rhythm. I used to tell her that. All the time. I stopped and there was nothing to remind her anymore"
Stone will make you swoon but will also make you mad. Willow was so damn strong to get over what she went through with Stone and it's an eye opener to how blinded addicts are to the hurt and anguish they cause to those they claim to love.
So much angst, frustration, a roller-coaster of emotions when Stone finally finds Willow over a year later after rehab and searching for her, there's also the added unease of a love triangle.
Willow is determined to never be a push over again and Stone is determined to win his birdie back, there's a lot of push and pull.
My heart was beating like a drum at some points in this story, I went through all the emotions, felt the hurts, the disappointment, the frustration with the characters.
I would definitely recommend STONED as an angsty rock star, second chance romance read, I loved it, although I could have slapped Stone round the head a few times but then the next moments he was so damn poetic and he made my heart melt along with his sexy swagger.
“Want you. Need you. Live you. Breathe you. I'm your rhythm, Birdie. Me.”
Available in KU. Told in first persons dual pov and leads to a hea.
Looking forward to more in this series.
After finishing Stoned you can jump straight into a hot quick novella.
"She's my rhythm. And everyone knows that a rock star with no rhythm is a man with no soul"
I loved this additional hot catch up with the characters and I am looking forward to more in this series, I am really intrigued by the other characters and with them all being like family I have no doubt that I will also get a glimpse of how Willow, Stone and baby Lyric are doing.
Grab front row seats to Wrecked's Valentine's Day show and see just how sexy loving a rock star can be. Especially when he's got a stash of lollipops.
****YOU MUST READ STONED BEFORE THIS NOVELLA**
Pelvic Flaws, one woman's struggle with wet knickers and sweaty boobs.
When one sneeze can ruin your day.
I’m Katie Grainger, I’m 45 years old, a divorced mother of three, slightly annoying at times, but always loveable, kids and I can wet myself at the drop of hat. Actually, it’s more like a sneeze or a cough than a drop of a hat, but whatever the reason, let’s just say I am forever grateful for the invention of the ultra-thin panty pad.
Do I have regrets in my life?
Yes, I do. I regret that my ex-husband, Carl, and I didn’t realise we’d grown apart sooner. I regret having a perm in 1993 – I looked like Roly the dog from Eastenders.
I regret not trying more online dating when I first got divorced and I regret that my youngest, Charlie, feels torn between pleasing me and his dad. What I don’t regret is my bag breaking and spilling everything over the pizza place floor, the night Dex Michaels was in there ordering a 9inch meat feast.
Pelvic Flaws is the story of one woman’s struggle with hot sweats, mood swings and perilously poor pelvic floor muscles. It’s the story of Dex, who thinks all those things about Katie are funny and adorable. It’s the story of a romance that could turn into something big. It’s the story of what might be the love affair of the century, potentially being ruined by the baggage that neither of them knew existed.
Pelvic Flaws - mybook.to/PelvicFlaws
-4.5 belly laugh stars.
"I think you call it pre-love" he stated.
"The stage between love and like."
"What, like pre-cum?"
British humour, I love it and I entered into Pelvic Flaws with it in abundance. I found my Soul Sista in Katie, she's the type of woman who I could identify with and you know when some things happen and you can either laugh or cry about it? Well, I would rather laugh, I adored Katie.
"Stop panicking, it's not a problem, honestly."
"It is. I have grey pubes, Mandy, It's awful, I'm officially old."
"Honestly, it's a good thing. Think of it this way, he's a silver fox and you're a silver pussy.
It's a match made in heaven"
Pelvic Flaws felt like a book of two halves, I laughed along at poor Katie's expense and her struggles with the changes in her body and as a single mum of three she was definitely a champion. From the moment Katie met silver fox Dex though the swooning began.
Dex is an American tattoo artist with dual citizenship and after wanting a slower pace in life he now lives in the UK.
A Hot silver fox with swoon worthy southern charm.
Pelvic Flaws was a great balance of humor and romance with a bit of hotness and chemistry, family moments and new beginnings. I loved it and was so happy with the heartwarming hea.
Told in first person dual pov. Available in KU.

Another book In this series I couldn't put down.
After reading the first two books I couldn't wait to read Corey's story.
Corey is the brother of Kay who has some sort of top secret job and she only gets a call from him occasionally when he can. Corey was a mystery until he was involved in a rescue mission that rescues his own sister along with other girls Kay was held captive with.
Corey is Ava's savior that night and the beginning of Flying free begins with Ava trying to move on in her life, taking each day as it comes, some days have set backs and some days she is able to remove one of the post it notes from her wall which is like her own mental health to do list.
Flying free is a slow burn romance and most of the beginning tells of Ava and her road to recovery after she was sold by her own father. Corey is still away doing whatever he does and she hasn't seen the guy who comforts her in her dreams for two years.
All the characters are interconnected so when Corey does finally return home he feels connected to Ava and can't stay away from his birdie, the girl he helped set free.
A moving and emotional story, gripping and full of suspense. What starts off slow burn definitely finishes with a bang.
Flying free can be read as a standalone, Ava does share her past in her story so although it happened in the previous book your not missing anything other than Kay and Ty's story which I also recommend.
An addictive series, I love these characters.
*Contains scenes of attempted rape and molestation but isn't overly graphic or drawn out.
Recommended for ex forces, hot military action, suspense, great additional characters who are one big family.
Box set Available in KU, that's all 6 books in the series, bargain.
Jesse and Lucy need a break. They look and feel like cast members from The Walking Dead, and I'm not talking about the humans. It's only an overnight break, but it's exactly what they need.
Cage and Sera attend a charity function and run into an unwelcome enemy. They spend a special night together before they get to work on a plan of how to keep one of their own safe.
Available now on Amazon and in Kindle Unlimited!
I love this series and these characters, I have done from the very beginning and OMG can't believe it's up to book 15 now.
Pulse is a quick catch up and is exactly what it says in the blurb. A short read giving just enough of a fix of the characters you know and love with a little hint of what's coming in the next book.
If you haven't started this series I highly recommend it. The characters are lovable, there are lots of sexy times, lots of humor, mafia involvement, rock-star moments, fan moments, new love interests as each one of the characters meets their match extending the already crazy family.
All the characters are addictive and come together like one big happy family whether they are on tour or all sticking together with the latest dramas that may come their way and Xander, you just have to meet Xander I fell in love with Jesse in the first book then Xander grabbed my heart he is pure BBf material, I love him.
Jesse and Lucy need a break. They look and feel like cast members from The Walking Dead, and I'm not talking about the humans. It's only an overnight break, but it's exactly what they need.
Cage and Sera attend a charity function and run into an unwelcome enemy. They spend a special night together before they get to work on a plan of how to keep one of their own safe
So there's sexy times with two very tired, worn out parents and Sera and Cage also making plans for little ones while also facing new potential threats. Looking forward to the next book in the series.

SECRET ~ NOUN
SOMETHING THAT IS KEPT OR MEANT TO BE KEPT UNKNOWN OR UNSEEN BY OTHERS
Keeping a secret was hard.
Especially from the one person you never wanted to keep secrets from.
When that secret turns up out of the blue, bringing back all the painful memories.
What would you do?
Reveal your secret? Or keep it as long as you could?
I thought what she had done to me was unforgivable, but that was nothing to what she had planned.
A storm was brewing, about to rain down everything that I had kept locked away.
Once all the secrets were revealed, would it bring me and Kay closer?
Or tear us apart for good?
Wow! So finishing book one I had to jump into book 2 straight away the suspense was killing me.
I was not disappointed. From the cliffhanger that had me dropping my jaw, I was then very pleased that all was well again with TY and Kay but they now had new issues to face.
In the first book Kay is fleeing domestic abuse and danger from her husband, this was the main focus and in the background was Ty and the guys from the security firm were Kay now worked and they are all on a case trying to find missing girls that are being sold in a sex ring.
In book 2 the plot now focuses on TY and the guys trying to track down the people responsible, so exciting I loved the suspense.
Full of suspense, danger, action. I would have preferred more hot scenes with Ty and Kay's chemistry and along with the danger and drama there was potential to make this book sizzling but I had more than enough to keep me turning the pages.
I loved it so much and the other characters that I downloaded the series in KU. Looking forward to Corey's story who is Kay's brother.
