![]() Things you need for a good Block Party: 1. Awesome food 2. Great Music 3. Fun games 4. A secret spot to hook up with your even-more-secret girlfriend. Liam Edenhoff is a simple creature. He likes women, tacos, and sex. As long as he has those in his life, everything is good. He's finally realizing maybe he's just not cut out for relationships - surely there's got to be a woman out there who'd be okay with roof top margaritas, casual sex, and no attachments. Enter a new neighbor - one who is allergic to commitment and prefers her sex casual but frequent. She's seen him at his worst and is still willing to play his games, on three conditions - discretion is a must, casual is key, and absolutely no drama. Sounds like the perfect arrangement. What could go wrong? Famous last words when dealing with neighbors. This story contains scenes of a graphic sexual nature, multiple uses of coarse language, and more tacos than is healthy or sane to read about. Reader discretion is advised. This is the third installment in the Twin Estates series ![]() A beautiful compromise. I loved Liam from the previous book, Liam is a funny guy, easy going, every girls dream, a good friend, sex club owner and definitely not shy in his sexual endeavors, in fact he's a man whore. Ayumi is the complete opposite of Liam, she's serious, stiff, robotic, has no friends, she's Wulf's right hand woman. Ayumi likes to be in control after years of being controlled by her mother and lives to work. Blick party is a journey of two opposites attract. Ayumi does Liam's accounting at the club has done for a while and is always professional but when Ayumi gets Liam out of a situation with one of his recent one night stands who turns stalker, things begin to change. I loved this story, a gradual change for both characters, Ayumi starts to feel more at ease in her own skin with Liam's influence and Liam always the joker becomes more attentive. Liam goes from man-whore to bbf, I loved his transition. A road trip as friends with benefits starts to become more and I loved the journey with these two character's. "The moments when I'm with you, there are no other girls. No one else exists, You're it. You are the moment" Stylo Fantome is one of the handful of authors who writes third person and I can still follow it with ease when normally my preference is first person dual pov. If you have read Katya and Wulf's story in the previous books you will be pleased to know they are also in this book along with Tori who is Katya's best friend and the book finishes with a very interesting cliffy for the beginning of her story that's coming next. Previous books do not necessarily need to be read but would be beneficial to get the bigger picture due to Liam being a big part of the previous books, his history with Katya and his friendship with Wulf especially. The books seem to flow into one Another and with this book finishing with Tori I am assuming the author intended them to be read in order. Another brilliant addition to The Twin Estates series and I am looking forward to more.
